Very pleased with my new vehicle that I purchased from John.

Also very happy with the customer service and vehicle cleaning and prep that John and his team carried out.
There were a couple of items that were broken and needed replacing on the vehicle that John did not have in stock at the time due to the mail/ shipping delays.
John went out of his way to collect the parts, deliver and install the parts to my Mercedes and would certainly use JB Motor Company again or even recommend them to who ever is looking to purchase a vehicle and get 10/10 service along the way.

I purchased van from here back in lockdown, firstly I was impressed with how nice and tidy they looked online but I know looks can be deceiving so I ventured up and met John, to be honest he didn't have a bad van on the forecourt but I had a budget to stick to, he was reluctant to haggle with me but he was nice enough to take some money off and I left I happy man, he gave me a pretty penny for my old van what I considered to be a hunk of junk. About 5-6 months later my alarm was playing up it was going off constantly and waking the street I called John after a few days i I was expecting a typical no like you get from most dealers but John had me drive up and had one of the team strip it out, he then booked me in to gosport dragon alarms as I live in Pompey and he was in ringwood he was even kind enough to book me into a place more convenient for me, I had the whole new alarm fitted and it's been amazing.

The only reason I'm writing this is after 3-4 years nearly I've had a call off the team telling me they found a spare key and are posting it out to me this key could of easily been thrown in the bin but these boys don't do business like that, I should of wrote a review years back after the alarm but hey this is it now

Five stars for me very polite no talking waffle or tricks just straight up car dealers I'm constantly telling people to go up and check them out

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Purchased the vehicle before it went on general sale. Everything was processed promptly including delivery. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for these guys, from including some wheel caps to removing the roof rack. Absolutely 5 star.

Bought my Van from J B Motors back in November last year.

On recieving, the vehicle, there was something wrong with the start up of the engine.

After multiple visits to the garage for several different parts to be replaced each time (each paid for by JB Motors, under warranty).

Eventualy, the van was dropped to Ford for diagnosis (again, paid for by J.B.M.); they recommended the only long term fix was a whole new engine, which thank goodness, J.B. Motors also covered the cost of.

I am very happy with my van, touch wood it has served me very well since all has been sorted and I'm so very appreciative that the van issues were all solved.

There was a problem with the van about a 6 weeks after purchase. It was diagnosed and sorted without question to their expense.

During the Covid-19 Lockdown, this is not an easy time to buy a van! It requires additional trust and understanding from both the buyer and the seller. This is where JB Motor Company have excelled. The cam chain on our Nissan van broke in the middle of our busiest time. JB Motor Company stayed open late so we could get down after a busy day and see their vans, all of which were presented to a very high standard. We found a replacement, which wasn't the one we originally went to see.

Three of my friends purchased vans from these guys and I said when due to upgrade I would call! I went to see them and had no sales pitch just helpful advise on what van would suit weight and economy etc. They Mot van even though still under warranty with dealer and put new tyre on as well as updated discs and pads. They also arranged the finance of the new vehicle for me at my request all done with in 24 hours to my surprise. Cannot praise them enough! By the way the van was a long wheel base Vivaro Sportive with AC Cruise and a full dealer history!

This garage got me exactly what i wanted! They really worked hard to get the finance put through as quick as possible (it was a saturday!) so I could drive away same day. They even offered to put a fresh MOT on it a few weeks later as i took it so soon. Great deal, no hard sell, I had previously been to others but this one felt a lot more trustworthy, everything was clean. After looking around online for some time they gave me by far the best deal. Van was spotless, service history, I cannot recommend them enough! If like me you find buying a van a bit of a daunting task, try this place, they had loads to choose from and I am really pleased I went there!
